Data sources and verification

Scores use the activated questionnaire and company answers. Supporting evidence is reviewed by the assigned Assurer before validation and publication. Source suggestions must be verified before submission.

  • Your approved monthly operations data
  • Documents in your compliance vault
  • Your privacy (DPDP) readiness assessment
  • Your supplier register
  • Your reduction targets
  • Your monthly workforce records

The separate carbon-management score combines 60% assessment carbon answers and 40% platform data. Each published scorecard preserves its scoring configuration, adjustments and publication date.

1 · Answer to maturity

Every answer maps to a 0–4 maturity level: 0 = practice absent, 1 = ad-hoc, 2 = written and defined, 3 = managed with owners and records, 4 = reviewed and improved regularly. Yes/No questions map to 3/0; option questions carry their level in the option itself.

2 · Criterion and theme scores

A criterion's score = weighted maturity ÷ 4 × 100 (weights are shown next to each question's contribution in the assessment). Unanswered questions contribute zero — there is no free credit. A theme's score is the mean of its criterion scores.

3 · Published theme weights by sector

manufacturing30%30%20%20%
services20%35%25%20%
trading20%25%25%30%
mixed25%27%23%25%

Overall score = theme scores × these weights. The weights match the sector's materiality: manufacturing carries a heavier environment weight, services a heavier labor weight.

4 · Recognition bands

Overall 45–61 earns Committed, 62–69 earns Badge, 70–77 Bronze, 78–84 Silver, 85+ Gold. Recognition below Badge stays inside the platform network; external promotion of medal assets is a plan entitlement.

5 · Assurer adjustments

The independent assurer may adjust a theme by at most ±10 points, and every adjustment is recorded on the scorecard with its reason and shown to you. Silent recalibration does not happen on this platform.

6 · Validity and independence

A published scorecard is valid for one year from publication. Validation is performed by an assigned external assurer who cannot edit company answers, metrics or evidence and cannot be the person who entered the data. Every metric edit, review decision, and publication is in the immutable audit trail.
